Orchards Residential Community

          The golf club serves as the centerpieces to a 525-acre residential golf community. Upon completion, the 450 homesites will nearly encircle the golf course. The community offers two types of golf resort living:

          The Courtyard Collection consists of beautifully designed, low-density, detached condominiums, which afford owners a single-family lifestyle with condominium conveniences. Spacious over-sized rooms, fire places and full basements are all standard fare. Each of these golf "villas" offers an impressive view of the surrounding countryside, many overlooking the golf course.

          The Manor Collection offers a more upscale collection of traditional single-family homes situated on lots from one-half to over an acre. They feature three to five bedrooms, plus a library or study — along with a breathtaking view of the course.
